Here is the link to the archived webinar  that Kurt did on Tuesday.  Small recording glitch in it at the beginning, but most of it is up there.

  1. I found you site and info very interesting and will incorporate a lot of your views into my own practices. Having 7.5 stages is interesting, because you could reduce or expand if you want to re invent the wheel so to speak!

The basic principle is correct, that you need a process to enable people to understand where they are and what they need to do. And unless the basic principles are understood then you have a battle on your hands.

Your process covers the areas and situations that occur during the process of change and what each individual needs to do to enable them to continue and develop along the way and feel happy and rewarded for their efforts.

Get it wrong and most organisations do!

And you have real problems because an uninformed individual without the knowledge and awareness of what is required will not produce the desired results at any cost. and will revolt against and defend their own position.

      Hi Martin,

Thank you for your comment we appreciate it! I am glad you will be able to utilize some of the information that was in the webinar and on our site.

Unclear expectations, fear, not knowing how to do something, all can play a part in a manager not feeling capable of appropriately motivating their team. The Four Drive model is one way to help put a framework around employee motivation for a manager. It is not the only tool they can use but it does not hurt to have more than one to choose from.

      Wishing you a wonderful day!
      Susan
